Regional Airports Manager – Eastern Europe

About the role

British Airways is seeking a Regional Airports Manager for Eastern Europe to join its Worldwide Airports Europe Leadership Team. Based in the UK, you will lead airport operations across multiple Eastern European stations, driving safety, performance and customer experience while collaborating closely with the Regional General Manager for Northern Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Accountable for the performance of Airport Managers across Eastern Europe, empowering timely, customer‑focused decisions.
• Support and monitor safety performance using the Safety Management System (SMS) tools.
• Inspire, motivate and lead airport teams to deliver on safety, operational and customer service targets.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, airport authorities and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent, high‑quality delivery.
• Identify and implement innovative solutions to optimise operational resilience and cost efficiency.
• Travel regularly across the region to oversee operations and build strong local partnerships.
