Regional Business Manager – South-West England

About the role

A leading global electronics manufacturer is expanding its UK commercial team. The role focuses on driving sales growth of electromechanical products across the South‑West England territory, managing customer relationships and delivering projects from design to production.

Key responsibilities

• Grow sales and profit by increasing active projects across multiple customers.
• Engage customers through regular in‑person and remote activity.
• Manage projects from initial design concept through to production.
• Conduct territory reviews to identify opportunities and drive growth.
• Deliver personalised account management to strengthen long‑term relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in electronics or an engineering discipline.
• 2–3 years proven sales success in a technical, engineering or OEM environment.
• Experience working with design, procurement or engineering teams.
• Understanding of project management and long sales cycles.
• High energy, strong negotiation skills and a results‑focused approach.

• Salary up to £45,000 basic plus commission, company car and annual bonus.
