Regional Sales Director – Kent

About the role

We are looking for a Regional Sales Director to lead and grow our team of Financial Directors across Kent. Based remotely, you will work closely with senior commercial leaders to deliver high‑impact financial services to ambitious private businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a team of part‑time Financial Directors serving £2‑50M businesses.
• Recruit and retain top‑talent Financial Directors, building a strong regional “black book”.
• Generate new business opportunities, nurture client relationships and demonstrate the value of our CFO services.
• Collaborate with the Chief Commercial Officers and regional leadership to achieve growth targets.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of business strategy and a proven track record of sales success.
• Self‑starter with ambition, energy and a “CEO” mindset.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills and a genuine desire to add long‑term value for clients.
• Established network within Kent and surrounding areas.
