Regional Sales Manager – Hospitality Equipment (North UK)

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Regional Sales Manager to lead growth of our premium commercial kitchen equipment across the North of England. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will combine new‑business hunting with the development of existing hospitality accounts, delivering solutions that improve efficiency, cut costs and boost sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities within the hospitality, catering and food‑service sectors.
• Build and nurture relationships with chefs, owners, operators, consultants, distributors and kitchen designers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and present commercial solutions tailored to client needs.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation to closing.
• Collaborate with dealer and distribution partners to maximise market coverage.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions and customer demonstrations.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using the CRM system.

Required profile

• Proven B2B field sales experience, preferably in hospitality, catering or commercial kitchen equipment.
• Track record of winning new business and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent relationship‑building and presentation abilities.
• Consultative sales approach with strong commercial awareness.
• Ability to manage a large geographical territory independently.
• Full UK driving licence.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM system to track opportunities and forecast sales.
