Regional Training Manager - Southwest (Maternity Cover)

About the role
The Regional Training Manager (Southwest) will lead the education and development of both Luxe and Retailer Beauty Advisor (BA) communities during a maternity cover period. Reporting to the Head of Luxe Training, you will ensure world‑class consumer experiences and a high‑engagement BA workforce across multiple brands.
Key responsibilities
- Execute the multi‑brand education strategy for Luxe and Retailer BAs across all channels.
- Design and deliver engaging training calendars, coaching visits, and category‑specific programs.
- Collaborate with education and field teams to align training with brand marketing and commercial plans.
- Evaluate training effectiveness, monitor KPIs such as retail performance, BA turnover, NPS, and CXE.
- Drive the Beauty Tech strategy, service culture, and CRM data capture initiatives.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and adoption of the One Retail platform.
- Champion cross‑functional collaboration and a coaching culture.
Required profile
- Proven experience in training, learning, or development roles within retail or beauty sectors.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a field‑based mindset.
- Ability to influence stakeholders, manage multiple brands, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for elevating employee and customer experiences.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM platforms.
- Familiarity with the One Retail system or similar retail management tools.
