Registered General Nurse – Care Home (Billinghay, Lincoln)

About the role

We are seeking a committed Registered General Nurse to join an exceptional care home in the Billinghay, Lincoln area. The service provides 24/7 specialist nursing and residential care for adults with complex learning disability needs.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver prescribed care to a defined group of residents within an agreed framework.
• Assess, plan and deliver nursing care in partnership with patients, families and carers, acting as the named nurse.
• Observe and engage with patients to assess needs, evaluate progress and adjust care accordingly.
• Monitor, review and update nursing care plans to ensure high‑quality outcomes.

Required profile

• Qualified Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a current active NMC PIN.
• Post‑qualification experience in a similar care‑home or specialist setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, can‑do attitude.
