About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to lead an exceptional residential care home in Brede, East Sussex. The home provides person‑centred support for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs such as autism, diabetes, Down syndrome or epilepsy.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of high‑quality care and support for residents with learning disabilities and associated conditions.
- Lead, motivate and develop a multidisciplinary team to ensure best practice in social care.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and continuously improve service quality.
- Manage day‑to‑day operations, including staffing, budgeting and health & safety.
- Drive service development and innovation to meet the evolving needs of residents.
Required profile
- NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care.
- Previous managerial experience in a similar residential or learning‑disabilities setting.
- Strong commitment to delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care.
- Excellent decision‑making, organisational and communication abilities.
- Flexibility and a proactive, "can‑do" attitude.
