Remote Customer Fulfilment Co-ordinator

About the role

This is a remote, part‑time position (24 hours per week) supporting an operations team that manages property viewing appointments. You will work Thursday to Saturday, handling both inbound and outbound customer interactions while ensuring service levels are met.

Key responsibilities

• Secure fulfilment of non‑urgent appointments and minimise cancellations.
• Make outbound calls to arrange and confirm appointments.
• Respond professionally to inbound calls, emails and live‑chat queries.
• Coordinate with clients and members to resolve scheduling issues.
• Audit completed appointments to ensure quality standards.
• Review reports, photographs and deliverables for accuracy.
• Complete detailed end‑of‑shift handovers.
• Support wider operational activities and additional appointment categories as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years remote work experience.
• Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of outbound and inbound calls.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and workloads.
• Resilient problem‑solver who thrives under pressure.
• Confident using multiple internal technology systems.
