Remote Italy Travel Sales Consultant (up to £32k + commission)

About the role

We are looking for a self‑motivated Sales Consultant who specialises in Italy travel. Working fully remote for a boutique luxury tour operator, you will turn qualified enquiries into bespoke itineraries and bookings, supporting discerning clients and travel agents.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client enquiries from initial contact through to post‑travel follow‑up.
• Design and produce customised day‑tour itineraries across Italy.
• Handle bookings and requests from travel agents, including guides, tickets and accommodation.
• Maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients, guides and suppliers.
• Prepare itinerary content and supporting documentation for each journey.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling tailor‑made travel to Italy.
• Commercially driven with a consultative sales approach.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong numerical ability.
• Self‑starter able to work independently and adapt to US‑based client hours.

Required skills

• Experience with tour‑operator booking processes.
• Ability to quickly learn new operating systems.
