About the role

RoomPriceGenie is looking for a Remote Sales Development Representative to help hoteliers across the United Kingdom discover its pricing optimisation platform. You will be the first point of contact for prospects, generating interest and qualifying leads for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Identify decision‑makers, uncover business challenges and pitch RoomPriceGenie’s solution to spark interest.
• Make daily outreach calls and track activities using HubSpot.
• Leverage local market knowledge to enhance outbound marketing and connect with hotel owners.
• Stay updated on hospitality trends and competitor offerings to add value in conversations.
• Collaborate with management to streamline the customer journey and improve processes.
• Contribute innovative ideas and test new approaches to shape the startup’s growth.

Required profile

• Native English speaker with excellent communication skills.
• Based in the United Kingdom or within the CET time zone.
• Sales‑driven with a natural aptitude for understanding customer needs.
• Tech‑savvy and enthusiastic about the latest technology trends.
• Positive, outgoing and empathetic when engaging with prospects.
• Active listener who can uncover pain points.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to juggle multiple tasks.
