Remote Telesales Specialist (Project-based)

About the role

We are looking for a self‑employed Telesales Specialist to join CallWave’s remote team on a flexible, project‑based basis. You will generate new business for our marketing‑agency clients by making outbound calls, building relationships and converting leads into qualified opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and warm leads.
• Engage decision‑makers, navigate gatekeepers and present CallWave’s services.
• Handle objections professionally while maintaining a consultative sales approach.
• Record all activity and outcomes accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager and wider team to refine outreach strategies.
• Meet or exceed KPIs such as call volume, conversion rate and qualified lead targets.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in telesales or lead generation.
• Self‑motivated, organised and able to work independently.
• Customer‑focused with strong listening and relationship‑building abilities.
• Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Knowledge of SEO, marketing or PPC (advantageous).
