Rental Operations Agent

About the role

Avis Budget Group is hiring a Rental Operations Agent at Gatwick Airport. You will work in a fast-paced environment, placing the customer at the heart of everything you do, and own the full rental experience from vehicle preparation to handling returns. The role is full time, permanent, with a rotational shift pattern Monday to Sunday, paid at £27,342 plus commission.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full rental experience, from vehicle preparation and customer interaction to handling returns
• Provide excellent face-to-face customer service
• Act as a brand ambassador, positively promoting products and services
• Work towards targets to increase productivity and sales

Required profile

• Customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Team player with a friendly, positive, can-do attitude
• Enjoys flexible, annualised hours and a variety of different tasks
• Full valid driving licence with 12 months' experience
