Reporting Manager – Hybrid PE‑Backed Media Business

About the role
This newly created Reporting Manager position sits at the heart of a high‑growth, private‑equity backed media business. You will shape the finance function, support a major ERP transformation and ensure robust, insightful reporting across multiple UK entities.
Key responsibilities
- Lead monthly management reporting for all UK entities.
- Produce variance analysis and performance commentary for senior leadership.
- Improve reporting consistency, controls and governance.
- Support ERP implementation and design the reporting framework in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
- Manage year‑end audit activity and statutory reporting.
- Partner with operational and commercial stakeholders to drive finance process optimisation.
Required profile
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
- Strong financial reporting and month‑end experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in a changing environment.
- Passionate about process improvement and transformation.
