Residential Conveyancer (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join our growing property team in Stockport. The successful candidate will manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, working autonomously while supported by a dedicated assistant and collaborative team.

Key responsibilities

• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Manage shared ownership, new build, and remortgage transactions.
• Process transfers of equity, part transfers and adverse possession matters.
• Maintain client communication and ensure timely completion of each case.

Required profile

• Minimum three years’ experience managing residential conveyancing independently.
• Highly organised with strong ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
• Strong technical understanding of residential conveyancing processes.
• Comfortable working autonomously while valuing team collaboration.
• Experience using a case management system (P4W experience advantageous).
