Residential Conveyancer – Leasehold Specialist (Remote/Hybrid)

About the role

We are a leading national conveyancing firm seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer with a strong focus on leasehold transactions. The position offers genuine flexibility – you can work fully remotely, adopt a hybrid model from our Leeds office, or be office‑based.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a capped residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.
• Process a high volume of leasehold transactions, including complex cases.
• Conduct detailed title checks, especially for leasehold properties.
• Liaise with clients, agents and third parties to ensure smooth transaction progression.
• Provide clear, consistent updates and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with support teams to maximise efficiency.

Required profile

• Qualified Residential Conveyancer, Licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor.
• Extensive experience in leasehold conveyancing – essential.
• Strong title‑checking ability for leasehold matters.
• Proven ability to manage a busy caseload independently.
• Excellent communication and client‑focused approach.
