Residential Conveyancer – Residential Property Solicitor

About the role

You will manage your own residential property caseload from instruction through to completion, providing expert advice on a range of transactions. Working alongside senior lawyers, you will help deliver high‑quality service and build lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Process remortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership and equity release deals.
• Manage lease extensions and other residential conveyancing matters.
• Collaborate with senior solicitors on complex transactions.
• Maintain strong client communication throughout each case.

Required profile

• Qualified Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX member.
• Proven experience in residential conveyancing.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload independently.
• Commitment to delivering excellent client service.
