Residential Interior Designer / Architect (London)

About the role

We are seeking a talented Residential Interior Designer / Architect to join a respected London‑based residential developer. You will work within a collaborative team of architects, interior designers and development professionals, shaping high‑quality residential interiors from concept through detailed design.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development of interior architecture and design concepts across multiple residential projects.
• Collaborate with architects, interior designers and project teams to translate briefs into practical solutions.
• Explore and develop design options using 3D modelling and visualisation.
• Create high‑quality Rhino models and V‑Ray rendered imagery to communicate design intent.
• Develop interior concepts for apartments, communal spaces, amenities, kitchens, bathrooms, joinery and bespoke elements.
• Prepare presentation materials for internal reviews, client meetings and design workshops.
• Assist in defining material palettes, finishes, FF&E concepts and interior detailing.
• Research and source materials, products and design references to support project development.

Required profile

• A degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture or a related discipline.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating residential interior design and advanced 3D modelling.
• Advanced proficiency in Rhino and V‑Ray.
• Excellent visualisation skills, including lighting, material application, texturing and composition.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
• Passion for residential interiors, design quality and materiality.
