Residential Property Manager – Central London

About the role

Our client is seeking an experienced Residential Property Manager to join a growing team in Central London. You will be responsible for a portfolio of around 130 residential properties, overseeing the full tenancy lifecycle and ensuring high standards of service for both landlords and tenants.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a residential portfolio from move‑in to move‑out, including tenancy renewals and void minimisation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, inspections and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Monitor rental arrears, resolve account queries and manage deposits and check‑outs.
• Process invoices and keep accurate property records.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience at every stage.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential property management.
• Strong knowledge of lettings and property management processes.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused and able to prioritise a busy portfolio.
• Team‑player with a customer‑first mindset.
