Residential Property Paralegal

About the role

Our client is looking for an ambitious Residential Property Paralegal to join a growing property team. You will work alongside experienced conveyancers, handling a varied caseload and supporting the full transaction process from instruction to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Draft legal documents and correspondence for residential property transactions.
• Open and manage client files, conduct searches and review title documentation.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, solicitors and other third parties.
• Prepare completion statements and support post‑completion matters.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and firm procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and case‑management systems.

Required profile

• Previous experience within a Residential Property or Conveyancing team.
• Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with case management systems.
