Residential Sales Lister (Property Listings)

About the role

Connells Group is seeking a motivated Residential Sales Lister to join the Bairstow Eves team in Brentwood. This position offers an experienced estate‑agency professional the chance to advance their career within the UK’s leading property services business.

Key responsibilities

• Secure new property instructions and list them for market.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, both face‑to‑face and over the phone.
• Coordinate appointments for in‑house Mortgage Advisors.

Required profile

• Previous experience in estate agency (Lister, Valuer, Estate Agent, Sales Negotiator).
• Proven ability to generate new business in a target‑driven environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Resilient, organised, numerate and detail‑oriented.
• Full UK driving licence.
