Residential Sales Progressor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Sales Progressor to join a respected managing agent in Oxted. You will act as the central hub between property managers, estate agents, solicitors and buyers, ensuring each residential transaction moves smoothly from offer acceptance to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage residential sales from offer acceptance through to legal completion.
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal property managers and external estate agents.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with estate agents, solicitors and conveyancers.
• Monitor transaction progress, chase documentation and ensure milestones are met.
• Identify and resolve issues that could impact a sale.
• Report on pipeline performance, fall‑through risks and anticipated completion dates.
• Escalate complex matters and recommend practical solutions.
• Support the wider property team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in residential sales progression within a busy property or estate agency.
• Proven ability to manage a high‑volume pipeline of residential transactions.
• Strong understanding of the residential conveyancing process, including leasehold transactions.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with property management or CRM systems.

What we offer

• Basic salary between £35,000 and £42,500 per year.
• Potential for a result‑based annual bonus.
• Full‑time permanent contract.
