Residential Surveyor – Remote, Full‑time/Part‑time, Up to £110k OTE

About the role

We are recruiting an AssocRICS qualified Residential Surveyor to join a thriving chartered surveying practice serving the Torquay area. The role offers flexible full‑time or part‑time remote working while you carry out surveys and valuations within a 25‑mile radius of your home.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct RICS Level 2 HomeBuyer surveys for residential properties.
• Perform mortgage valuations for lenders.
• Prepare accurate, professional reports using industry‑leading software.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure service meets RICS standards and agreed timescales.
• Manage your own diary, workload and travel within a 25‑mile radius.

Required profile

• AssocRICS qualification or higher.
• Minimum two years post‑qualification surveying experience.
• VRS registration.
• Strong technical knowledge, attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and a full UK driving licence.
