Residential Valuer – Sales & Lettings

About the role

The Residential Valuer will join a leading independent estate agency in Dulwich, supporting both sales and lettings divisions. Working Monday‑Friday, you will provide accurate market appraisals, advise clients and turn valuations into new business opportunities. This client‑facing position requires strong local market knowledge and a proactive, results‑driven approach.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct residential sales and lettings valuations across South East London.
• Convert valuations into sales and lettings instructions.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and landlords.
• Provide pricing advice and market insights to clients.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with sales and lettings teams to maximise opportunities.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from valuation through to instruction.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Residential Valuer or Senior Negotiator with valuation responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of the local residential property market.
• Proven track record of winning instructions and generating new business.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Professional, customer‑focused attitude with strong organisational abilities.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
