Resourcing Consultant – Financial Services & Technology

About the role

Davies Talent Solutions is looking for a Resourcing Consultant to join its Consulting & Technology – Specialist Services division. You will partner with consultants to deliver talent across Financial Crime, Compliance, Customer Operations, Technology and Business Change, working in a hybrid setting from Brighton or London.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with candidates.
• Develop a diverse talent pipeline through proactive networking and outreach.
• Collaborate with consultants to understand client requirements and translate them into candidate briefs.
• Use Davies’ technology, social platforms and job boards to market opportunities and source talent.
• Conduct pre‑screen interviews, assess cultural fit and manage the full candidate lifecycle.
• Attend client briefings, provide interview coaching and ensure compliance with processes and legislation.
