Resourcing Consultant – Recruitment & Consulting

About the role

Davies Talent Solutions is looking for a Resourcing Consultant to join its Consulting & Technology – Specialist Services division. You will work in a hybrid setting from either our Brighton or London office, partnering with consultants to deliver talent across financial crime, compliance, technology and business change.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with candidates.
• Develop a diverse talent pipeline through proactive networking and outreach.
• Collaborate with consultants to understand client requirements and translate them into effective search strategies.
• Use internal technology, social platforms and job boards to market opportunities and source candidates.
• Conduct pre‑screen interviews, assess cultural fit and manage the full candidate lifecycle.
• Attend client briefings, provide interview coaching and ensure compliance with processes and legislation.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, resilient and driven.
• Confident communicator with strong relationship‑building skills.
• Curious, proactive and detail‑oriented.
• Interest in the financial services sector (training provided).
• Critical thinker with solid problem‑solving abilities.
