About the role
Lead the restaurant from the front, taking full ownership of performance, guest experience and team culture. You will drive results while creating an environment where both guests and staff thrive.
Key responsibilities
- Set and achieve KPIs, sales targets and service standards each shift.
- Recruit, train, coach and motivate a high‑performing team.
- Manage daily administration including rosters, stock control and reporting.
- Maintain operational efficiency, cleanliness and compliance.
- Deliver memorable guest experiences that turn first‑time visitors into regulars.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading teams in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
- Strong people skills – able to handle tough conversations and build inclusive culture.
- Detail‑oriented and capable of running a tight, compliant operation.
