Retail Merchandiser (Bicester)

About the role

Join Dee Set’s Retail Merchandising team as a Retail Merchandiser based at Tesco Bicester. You will work part‑time (6 hours per week) across several stores, supporting product displays, POS implementation and stock replenishment.

Key responsibilities

• Merchandise cosmetics, clip strips, greeting cards and other product ranges.
• Build and replenish display units to maintain visual standards.
• Implement point‑of‑sale (POS) materials and promotional signage.
• Provide additional support to Sainsbury’s, Boots, Co‑op and cover holiday periods in Wheatley.
• Work across Asda, Sainsbury’s, Lidl and Boots as required.

• Friendly, solution‑focused and able to act as a role model for customers and colleagues.
• Confident working independently and using your own initiative.
• Committed to delivering high standards of store presentation and customer service.

Required skills

• Competent use of mobile technology, able to run multiple apps simultaneously on a smartphone or tablet.
