Retail Sales Specialist – Customer Care & Sales

About the role

We are looking for a Retail Sales Specialist to join our VPZ store in Swansea. You will be the front‑line ambassador, helping customers discover the right vaping products while delivering excellent service in a fast‑growing retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable advice and exceptional customer care to all visitors.
• Drive retail sales and meet daily targets.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure the shop floor is well presented.
• Increase customer retention through consistent, high‑quality service.
• Support the store manager and team with day‑to‑day operations, including opening, closing and occasional overtime.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer‑facing retail sales role.
• Flexibility to work additional hours and overtime as business needs dictate.
• Legal right to work more than the contracted 20 hours per week in the UK.
