Retail Set-Up & Maintenance Assistant

About the role

Arlettie is seeking a Retail Set-Up & Maintenance Assistant to ensure its luxury pop‑up stores and event venues are safe, functional and visually aligned with brand standards. You will work hands‑on with furniture, fixtures and wall installations across multiple international locations.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out basic furniture repairs, adjustments and DIY fixes.
• Assemble, move and dismantle display furniture and retail equipment.
• Support wall set‑ups, fixtures, fittings and visual‑merchandising installations.
• Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness and safety.
• Identify and report any maintenance or health‑and‑safety issues.

Required profile

• Practical, solution‑focused attitude with strong attention to detail.
• Calm and professional when interacting with customers.
• Team‑oriented, adaptable and willing to work flexible hours.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Experience in a hands‑on role such as retail, maintenance or construction.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools.
• Good physical fitness with ability to lift and move fixtures safely.
• Awareness of health and safety standards in a customer‑facing environment.
