About the role

Join JD Group as a Store Colleague and be the face of our sports and outdoor fashion brand on the shop floor. You will help customers discover products they love while maintaining a vibrant and well‑presented store environment. Key responsibilities

• Greet customers with confidence and energy, offering friendly support.
• Use in‑store devices to check stock and share product information.
• Keep the shop floor clean, tidy, and fully replenished, ensuring displays stay fresh and on‑brand.
• Support day‑to‑day store tasks, including till work, restocking, and adhering to safety guidelines.

Required profile

• A positive, enthusiastic attitude suited to a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Strong teamwork skills and a passion for helping people.
• Reliability and willingness to work flexible store hours.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with in‑store POS and stock‑checking devices.
