Revit MEP Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Revit MEP Coordinator to join a growing building services consultancy in Sevenoaks. You will work within a collaborative BIM team, supporting the BIM Manager to enhance the company’s digital delivery capability and BIM standards.

Key responsibilities

• Produce fully coordinated MEP models using Revit.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical and public health services across multidisciplinary projects.
• Run clash detection and coordination reviews with Navisworks.
• Work alongside design engineers to resolve clashes and coordination issues.
• Maintain BIM standards and contribute to continuous improvement of modelling processes.
• Support the BIM Manager in developing the company’s BIM capability.

Required profile

• Approximately 3+ years of experience using Revit MEP in a building services environment.
• Proven ability to produce coordinated mechanical and electrical models.
• Good working knowledge of Navisworks for clash detection.
• Solid understanding of building services design and MEP coordination principles.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
