Room Attendant

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Room Attendant to join the Housekeeping team at Kimpton Fitzroy London, a historic 19th‑century hotel located on Russell Square. You will be responsible for delivering a clean, comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests, reflecting the brand’s lifestyle‑luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Refresh guest rooms by changing towels, making beds and cleaning bathrooms to the highest standards.
• Re‑stock amenities and ensure rooms are fully equipped and inviting.
• Respond promptly to guest queries and requests, maintaining a polite and helpful attitude.
• Maintain cleanliness in public areas as needed and report any maintenance issues.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to health and safety guidelines.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hotel cleaning, room attendant or public‑area cleaning.
• Energetic, well‑organized and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
• Strong communication skills and a pleasant, courteous demeanor.
• Legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
