ROV Supervisor – Falcon (North Sea)

About the role
We are seeking an experienced ROV Supervisor to lead Falcon system operations on offshore vessels in the North Sea. The role involves ensuring safe, reliable and high-quality subsea inspections, interventions and cable installations.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and lead ROV operations using the Falcon system onboard offshore vessels.
- Ensure safety, reliability and quality of subsea inspections, interventions and deployments.
- Coordinate pre-dive checks, mission planning and reporting in line with project scope.
- Provide technical support and mentor junior ROV crew members.
Required profile
- Proven experience operating and supervising Falcon ROV systems.
- Solid understanding of North Sea operations and offshore safety regulations.
- IMCA-recognised certification or equivalent ROV competency credentials.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities with electronic and mechanical systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to work under pressure in harsh offshore environments.
- Right to work in Europe preferred.
