RTA Paralegal – Fast Track Litigation, OIC Portal & Recoveries (Hybrid)

About the role

Our client, a large UK law firm based in Leeds city centre, is expanding its Personal Injury department. They are seeking experienced RTA Paralegals to join three specialist teams – Fast Track Litigation, OIC Portal, and Recoveries – on a hybrid basis (2 days in office, 3 days remote).

Key responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of Fast Track RTA claims from investigation through to trial.
• Issue Part 7 proceedings and handle post‑issue litigation.
• Progress Fast Track RTA matters through the Official Injury Claim (OIC) Portal process.
• Handle litigated RTA recovery or ULR claims, investigating liability disputes and recovery issues.
• Deliver high‑quality client service while meeting tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Previous experience handling your own caseload within an RTA or Personal Injury environment.
• Strong organisational and case‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and client‑care skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work independently.
• Knowledge of the Road Traffic Act and Article 75 provisions is advantageous.
