Sales & Account Manager – Hybrid (North East England)

About the role

Join M4 Talent Group Limited as a Sales/Account Manager and help drive the growth of our new Business Manager function in the North Territory. This hybrid role blends new‑business development with the management of existing client accounts, allowing you to make an immediate impact on revenue and service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business through direct sales, networking and market research.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients and candidates to support retention and account growth.
• Oversee end‑to‑end fulfilment of bookings, ensuring suitability and timely delivery.
• Monitor service levels, resolve issues and uphold high customer‑satisfaction standards.
• Collaborate with the talent team to align resource availability and pipeline planning.
• Provide regular updates, forecasts, reports and industry insights to clients.

Required profile

• Previous recruitment experience, preferably within transport, logistics, driving or industrial sectors.
• Ambitious, commercially‑minded and high‑energy approach to sales and client relationship management.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with internal teams.
