Sales Administrator – Ecommerce (Outdoor Living & Home Furnishings)

About the role

Our client, a growing online retailer specialising in outdoor living and home furnishings, is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join their modern distribution facility in Heywood. The role blends telephone sales with high‑level customer service, supporting customers throughout the sales journey and identifying opportunities to maximise revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via telephone and email.
• Process quotations, orders and invoices.
• Provide after‑sales support and build lasting customer relationships.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Support sales reporting and marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Previous telephone sales and customer service experience within an e‑commerce environment.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Organised, proactive and target‑driven.
