Sales and Marketing Director – Senior Leadership Role

This is a senior leadership position within a well‑established professional services organisation that is experiencing rapid growth. The Sales and Marketing Director will shape commercial strategy, drive revenue, and build lasting relationships with senior decision‑makers across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a sales strategy to meet revenue and growth targets.
• Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities across multiple sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and key decision‑makers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline using proactive business development techniques.
• Produce accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports and commercial updates for senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing and operational teams to maximise development opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and industry developments to uncover new opportunities.
• Represent the business at networking events, exhibitions and client meetings.
• Support continuous improvement of sales processes, customer engagement and commercial performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably as a Sales Director or similar.
• Demonstrated track record of revenue generation and business development.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to shape and execute strategic plans.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with senior executives.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
