About the role
Join an established luxury fashion house as a part‑time Sales Assistant. You will deliver a polished, personalised customer experience in a boutique environment that values storytelling and relationship‑building.
Key responsibilities
- Provide a high‑standard, personalised luxury customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships using CRM and clienteling tools.
- Drive sales through styling advice, storytelling, upselling and cross‑selling.
- Consistently meet personal and store KPIs.
Required profile
- Minimum one year of experience in premium or luxury retail.
- Commercially driven with strong communication skills.
- Confident, polished and passionate about luxury fashion.
- Proactive sales mindset with excellent relationship‑building ability.

What we offer
- Part‑time contract (32 hours per week).
- Hourly rate of £12.90 plus commission.
