Sales Assistant (Part‑time)

About the role

Join UNIQLO’s fast‑growing retail team in Edinburgh as a Sales Assistant. You will work on a 30‑hour per week, three‑month fixed‑term contract, delivering the brand’s LifeWear philosophy to customers while developing your own retail expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive, friendly customer service throughout the store, from fitting rooms to tills.
• Maintain a clean, well‑stocked and visually appealing sales floor.
• Monitor product reactions and adjust visual displays and stock levels accordingly.
• Collaborate with colleagues to foster a supportive, united team environment.
• Promote UNIQLO’s recycling programme, repair services and community initiatives.
• Contribute to retail technology projects such as social‑media content, styling app features or livestreams.

Required profile

• Flexible to work both morning and late shifts, including full weekend availability.
• Ability to handle 8.5‑hour shifts with a 1‑hour unpaid meal break.
• Strong product knowledge and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Enthusiasm for sharing feedback and ideas to improve store performance.
