About the role

Help customers feel at home and find the perfect bed. As the friendly bed expert, you turn browsing into discovering the ideal mattress, ensuring customers leave confident in their purchase and using Sleepmatch technology and product knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and recommend the right mattress.
• Use Sleepmatch technology and product knowledge to suggest suitable beds.
• Provide friendly, expert advice and build trust throughout each visit.
• Maintain a fresh, tidy and inviting store environment.
• Process transactions accurately and handle any customer queries or concerns.

Required profile

• Brilliant communicator who puts customers first.
• Flexible to work 38.5 hours per week across any shift in a 7‑day trading week.
