Sales Consultant – High‑End Interiors & Project Sales

About the role

As a Sales Consultant you will operate from a modern showroom in Twickenham, acting as the hub for managing high‑value interior design projects. The role blends consultative selling with project coordination, turning enquiries into secured contracts while building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Convert high‑quality enquiries (10‑20 per month) into confirmed projects worth £10,000‑£50,000.
• Guide clients through the full sales journey, from initial contact to order confirmation.
• Collaborate with internal design, production and project teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Conduct site visits and client meetings (20‑30% of time) to gather requirements and present solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, proposals and project status.

Required profile

• Proven experience in high‑end interiors, kitchens, bespoke joinery or a related sector.
• Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders such as homeowners, interior designers, architects and contractors.
• Strong consultative sales mindset with a focus on relationship building.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative showroom team.
