Sales & Customer Service Advisor – Multiple Brands

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales & Customer Service Advisor to join our Chelmsford contact centre, representing multiple automotive brands. In this role you will deliver exceptional service to existing customers via phone and email, helping them find the right products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls to existing customers (no cold‑calling).
• Respond to customer email enquiries promptly.
• Identify customer needs and guide them to the most suitable service or product.
• Provide high‑level customer service to build relationships and retain business.
• Achieve targets and deadlines through organised, self‑motivated work.
• Upsell additional Audi products where appropriate.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
• Customer‑focused attitude and passion for delivering great experiences.
• Organised, self‑motivated and able to meet targets.
