Sales Development Representative (Entry Level)

About the role
This is an entry‑level Sales Development Representative position within a fast‑growing SaaS company based in London. You will work closely with experienced sales professionals to learn prospecting, qualification and pipeline generation in a supportive, hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective customers through outbound phone calls, email and LinkedIn outreach.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to understand business needs and suitability.
- Book meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
- Build relationships with key decision‑makers across target accounts.
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline information within the CRM system.
- Learn the SaaS market, customer challenges and the company’s value proposition.
- Collaborate with the wider commercial team to support pipeline growth.
- Consistently achieve and exceed activity and meeting targets.
- Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching programmes.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with people.
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Resilient, positive and coachable personality.
- Ambitious individual looking to build a career in software sales.
- Comfortable working in a target‑driven environment.
- Strong organisation and time‑management skills.
- Based within commuting distance of London for hybrid working.
Required skills
- Experience using a CRM system (preferred).

- £27,000‑£30,000 base salary plus £10,000‑£15,000 commission potential.
