Sales Development Representative (Entry Level)

About the role

This is an entry‑level Sales Development Representative position within a fast‑growing SaaS company based in London. You will work closely with experienced sales professionals to learn prospecting, qualification and pipeline generation in a supportive, hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective customers through outbound phone calls, email and LinkedIn outreach.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads to understand business needs and suitability.
• Book meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
• Build relationships with key decision‑makers across target accounts.
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline information within the CRM system.
• Learn the SaaS market, customer challenges and the company’s value proposition.
• Collaborate with the wider commercial team to support pipeline growth.
• Consistently achieve and exceed activity and meeting targets.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching programmes.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM system (preferred).
