Key responsibilities

• Execute high‑volume outbound prospecting campaigns via cold calling, email and LinkedIn.
• Master the technical nuances of the company’s hardware and SaaS product suite to communicate value propositions.
• Identify and qualify leads within the industrial machinery and manufacturing space.
• Book high‑quality discovery meetings for the senior sales team to ensure a consistent pipeline.
• Maintain meticulous records within the CRM (Hubspot/Salesforce) to track lead progress and activity metrics.
• Handle complex objections with professional resilience and a solutions‑oriented mindset.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1+ year experience in B2B outbound sales, lead generation, or a remote SDR role.
• Direct experience or a strong background in selling industrial machinery or technical B2B solutions.
• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding outbound sales targets.
