Sales Director – Hybrid – Up to £80k + Bonus

About the role

The company is an award‑winning provider of print, marketing and point‑of‑sale solutions, seeking a dynamic Sales Director to lead its commercial strategy. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will shape growth initiatives, nurture key client relationships and build a high‑performing sales function.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a commercial sales strategy to achieve ambitious growth targets.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities with national and enterprise‑level clients.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with strategic accounts and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing, production and operations to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities.
• Drive sales performance through KPI management, forecasting and pipeline reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Director, Head of Sales or Commercial Director.
• Track record of developing and implementing commercial growth strategies.
• Strong background in business development and winning high‑value accounts.
• Experience leading, coaching and developing successful sales teams.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship‑building abilities.
