Sales Executive – Automotive Retail

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our automotive retail team in Derby. You will represent a prestigious car brand, delivering a premium, end‑to‑end customer experience from first contact to handover.

Key responsibilities

• Guide customers through the complete car‑buying journey, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, providing accurate product information and tailored advice.
• Manage the sales process from initial enquiry to final handover, taking ownership of each step.
• Achieve personal sales targets while contributing to the dealership’s overall performance.
• Participate in full training and onboarding programmes to maximise earning potential.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months experience as a Sales Executive in the automotive industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including Saturdays and other weekends.
• Full UK driving licence (manual and automatic).
