Sales Executive

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing business in the North West, is looking for ambitious Sales Executives to join their outbound sales team in Macclesfield. You will work from a modern office, making telephone calls to prospective clients in a targeted industry and promoting the company’s products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business by making outbound calls to qualified prospects.
• Present and demonstrate the value of the company’s offerings.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Maintain accurate records of contacts and activities in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated and resilient with a strong drive to meet financial targets.
• Excellent communication and telephone etiquette.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in a sales or tele‑prospecting environment is preferred.

What we offer

• Base salary of £25,000 plus OTE up to £60,000.
• Full‑time, Monday‑Friday schedule (9:00‑16:30).
