Sales Executive – Warm Leads – £28k‑£30k (OTE £40k)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Sales Executive to manage warm leads and nurture relationships with an established portfolio of high‑profile clients. This is a maternity cover role (up to 12 months) based in Farnborough, focusing on consultative selling rather than cold calling.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively follow up on warm and qualified sales enquiries, delivering a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain and update the CRM database, ensuring records are accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Handle a high volume of inbound calls and emails, responding promptly to urgent customer queries.
• Gather detailed information from prospective clients to qualify enquiries and identify needs.
• Process sales invoices, support account administration and record customer payments.
• Monitor pricing and contract information to keep records current.
• Coordinate travel and accommodation for events, exhibitions and trade shows across London and the South of England.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a sales or account‑management role.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Highly organised with strong time‑management skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a customer‑focused approach.
• GCSEs including Maths and English, a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
