Sales & Lettings Negotiator – Colliers Wood

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join our well‑established independent estate agency in Colliers Wood. The role involves driving both sales and lettings business, building relationships with clients and delivering excellent customer service across the Southwest London market.

Key responsibilities

• Support all aspects of the sales and lettings department and contribute to business growth.
• Generate new sales and lettings opportunities to meet monthly targets.
• Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to completion.
• Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to buyers and tenants.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Monitor local market trends and deliver informed recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales and lettings within an estate agency (1‑2 years).
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Good knowledge of the Southwest London property market.

• Competitive base salary of £24,000 plus commission (OTE up to £55,200).
