Sales & Lettings Negotiator – London Bridge

About the role

Join a well‑established independent estate agency in London Bridge as a Sales & Lettings Negotiator. You will work in a boutique environment that values local market knowledge and rewards performance with uncapped commission.

Key responsibilities

• Register applicants and match them with suitable properties, arranging and conducting viewings.
• Generate new business through proactive prospecting, canvassing and relationship building with landlords, vendors and local contacts.
• Negotiate offers between buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords and guide deals to successful completion.
• Manage the sales/lettings progression process, liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers and other third parties.
• Provide accurate valuations, market appraisals and maintain up‑to‑date records in the CRM system.
• Ensure listings are current across all property portals and deliver high levels of customer service.

Required profile

• Previous experience in estate agency (sales, lettings or both) is essential.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
• Professional, confident demeanor with strong customer‑service instincts.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using property portals such as Rightmove and Zoopla.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Own vehicle (preferred).
